Do Not Say, "There are still four months and then comes the harvest"

2012 Is Harvest Time!

Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest! 36 And he who reaps receives wages, and gathers fruit for eternal life, that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together. 37 For in this the saying is true: ‘One sows and another reaps.’ 38 I sent you to reap that for which you have not labored; others have labored, and you have entered into their labors.”
John 4:35-38

1.  You will eat and get full during the harvest – there is plenty of resource: people, technology, capital.

2.  You will offend religious spirits and traditions – your harvest gathering will get in the way of the “because we’ve always done it that ways…”

3.  Leaders and disciples will be attacked by traditions of men and old patterns – arrows will be thrown at sent leaders and their followers; carry your sword while you work the harvest fields
4.  You will need to move in new, unusual, and sometimes uncomfortable ways that challenge the status quo.

5.  You will walk in higher levels of authority – people may question you, but they will not hinder you in Jesus name!

6.  You will walk in long cycles of clock time during harvest – long days and nights

7.  You Will Need Balance To Endure The Harvest: Healthy Eating, Exercise, Family Relationships, Time Management.

8.  You will need to be like the men of Issachar and Know the Times and Seasons.

8/1/2012 - New Beginnings

The number 8 represents new beginnings.  The eighth day is also the day of circumcision for Jewish boys.  Its time to cut away the works of the flesh, dead works, and come out of the rut.  Some have been entangled in dead works, mediocre activities, and religious commotion for the last 10 years.  Today is your day of liberty.  Be bold and inquire of the Father today:  What would you have me to be, to do, to become for the next 10 years of my life?  The portal is open now for you to hear from Heaven as to your next assignment.  Don't let this opportunity pass, seize the day, it may not come back for 10 years!

Listening to One Another

I believe we can change the world if we start listening to one another again.  Simple, Honest, Human Conversation...Margaret J. Wheatley, Turning To One Another

Faith Keys to Reaping Godly Harvests

  1. Faith Begins with A Promise of Something That Does Not Exist in the Natural.
  2. Before I Entered My Mother’s Womb, I Already Had A Promise. I Must Frame My Promises with the Word of God (Logos, Rhema, Prophetic)!
  3. I Must Believe In My Promise, Against Natural Odds and Circumstances.
  4. I Must Not Stager, Waver or Doubt the Promise – I Must Believe!
  5. The Promise Does Not Go Away When I Get Off Track.
  6. I Must Believe for the Impossible In Pursuing My Promise
  7. Sometimes Moving Into My Promise Requires A Fight of Faith
  8. I Cannot Process & Handle The Promise of God In Your Natural Ability, Carnal Mind, or Flesh (Sub-Consious Mind, ID) – I Require Godly Wisdom, Insight & Understanding.

Ezekiel 22:29-31 (King James Version)
29The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully.
30And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.
31Therefore have I poured out mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Lord GOD.

21 Days to Freedom!

Experts say that most habits can be broken in 21 days. Many in the Body of Christ face substance abuse, sexual addition, food addiction and a variety of other dysfunctional lifestyles, even while being active members in the Church. Here are 6 Biblical steps to freedom from bad habits and destructive lifestyles:

It Takes 21 Days to Break A Habit!!!

Six Steps To Breaking Bad Habits

1. Make Up Your Mind to Change – Repent

Matthew 3:2, 4:17

2. Get An Accountability Partner To Agree With You

Matthew 18:19

3. Find A Promise from the Word to Stand On & Meditate on the Promise

2 Corinthians 1:19-20; Joshua 1:8

4. Find A New, Positive Habit To Replace the Bad Habit

Mark 11:24

5. Be Consistent for Up to 30 Days – Don’t Evaluate Success or Failure for 30 Days

Hebrews 6:11-13

6. See Yourself in the Future State รจ Convince Yourself That You Are Free

Psalm 63:5-7

Witness, Worship, War in 2011

God Bless You and Keep You! We're off to a strong start in 2011. We've established our inner-city mission at 1629 Preston St. and are developing plans for an outdoor recreation pavillion, playground, community garden, and outreach center. If you are looking for exciting opportunities to make an impact thru urban missions, we'd love to partner with you!

Our campus ministry, Campus Connect Collegiate Ministry, continues to grow and to attract young adults from around the Mid-South. We're building an army of passionate lovers of Jesus Christ who are willing to live for Him in every area of their lives. We're in the midst of monthly Glory Invasion celebrations meant to offer worship to the King of Kings and to release His glory across Memphis and the Mid-South. If you love prophetic worship and enjoy harp and bowl styled services, please join us on February 18 or April 8 as we worship in spirit and truth with young adults from around the region!

God Bless You! I pray a productive year for you and yours in 2011!
